The Hakka Church began in 1911. The first meeting place was founded near a Hakka cemetery in Sung Lung San (Holland Road), It was later shifted to Middle Road.

9:30am Youth Worship Service
This service was started in July 2001 and it caters to the young at heart. It is characterised by its colourful music and vibrant youths. If you are between the ages of 13 to 24, this service is definitely for you.
After each service, every youth will proceed to their respective Sunday School classes for an in-depth study of the Bible. Nevertheless, it is not all "Word" and no fun. Activities with relevant and practical topics such as "Making Friends" or "BGR Issues" are also organised on a monthly basis. 11:00am Worship Service This service originated from an English young adult fellowship. Today it has matured into a full-fledged service that is a family-oriented in nature. Since February 2001, the adults have begun to worship and take the monthly communion with their children, together as a family.
The worship style of this service is contemporary, with a wide variety of songs and hymns that are sung. The aim of this service is to have our worshiper respond to God's invitation with reverence and awe. |
